Regusse is situated approx 50 miles north of St Tropez between Aix En Provence and Draguignan. It is within 30 minutes drive of the Lac de Saint Croix where there are water based activities. Just ten minutes drive from the house is the beautiful Gorges du Verdon and Quinsen where you can drive an electric boat, go kayaking, canoeing or pedalo up the gorge.
The much larger Verdon Gorge is at the tip of the Saint Croix Lake and is the highest 
gorge in Europe, scenery is spectacular. Lazy days can be spent on the shores of the lake where you can safely swim in the turquoise waters. The beautiful porcelain making village of Moustier Saint Marie with its church perched on the cliffs is a must on the visitor trail and is at the head of the Saint Croix Lake.
A market is held every Sunday morning in Regusse and on Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a much larger market in nearby Aups.
The area is ideal for those who enjoy the outdoors. It is the perfect cycling, walking and running area. A car is essential to explore the area.
Travel Details
Flights are frequent to Nice (1 hour 45 mins drive) and Easyjet run cheap flights during high season, or to Toulon (1 hour 30 mins drive) with Ryanair.
